Košice as a place to build: SARIO Business Day 2026

OWASmooth took part in SARIO Business Day 2026 in Košice, organised by the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency.

As part of the programme, we joined the panel discussion “From Idea to Global Business”, moderated by the Innovation Center of the Košice Region. The discussion focused on what it means to build and grow a company from Eastern Slovakia, from first opportunities and mentoring to international scaling.

The event also created space for valuable conversations and helped us establish many relevant new contacts. We thank SARIO, the Innovation Center of the Košice Region and everyone involved in creating meaningful opportunities for startups in Eastern Slovakia.
