Our Story
It was in April 2024 when Barbora noticed Miroslav struggling with unreliable data from his physical experiment, spending countless hours with manual data processing. That was when she realised her scientific work in data aggregation could help solve his problem.
We prepared equations, transformed them into an algorithm, wrote the code, uploaded raw data, and pressed ⏎ Enter.
The results revealed something ground-breaking — a game-changer for handling unreliable data. This breakthrough moment gave birth to Optimisation With Advanced Smoothing.

Dr. Miroslav Hennel
Co-Founder / CEO
Unreliable data led us to found OWASmooth. I bring nearly a decade of data-processing experience in physics and sensor R&D. A passion for technology, people, and precision leads me to believe that high-quality data can have a real-world impact, and with OWASmooth, we can deliver it.
Dr. Barbora Hennelová
Co-Founder / COO / CSO
Passionate about math, physics, and the art of making sense of messy data. As a co-founder and COO at OWASmooth, I am building an innovative DeepTech startup focused on advanced data quality enhancement solutions, all thanks to mathematics and Research & Development. I love turning complexity into clarity.
Lukáš Kollárovič
CTO
Designing the technical architecture, leading backend development, and overseeing cybersecurity while keeping in mind the scalability of our solutions inspires and motivates me every day. I focus on building scalable, reliable systems and aligning data analytics with real-world solutions.

My role links a combination of my passions - translation of advanced mathematical innovations into algorithms and functional code. I combine my math and computer science background with a drive for solving technical challenges and automating data processing.

Helping healthcare through programming is my vision. As a full-stack developer skilled in data analysis, AI, and cybersecurity, I believe that with OWASmooth, we can make it happen. I bridge backend logic and user-friendly design to build scalable, intuitive systems that clarify complex data.
Dr. Kristína Hurajová
Marketing & Sales Developer
Marketing & Sales require clarity and structure. As a PhD student in Mathematics, I combine analytical thinking with a passion for strategy and storytelling, helping connect DeepTech solutions with the right audience through meaningful and still technically correct communication.
